Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, photos, logos, and other design details before production. Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes, returns, or refunds cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by KREATIONSFORYOU.HI, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the item.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Minor color differences caused by screen settings, printing, or materials are not considered defects.
