Cancellation requests must be made before production begins.

If materials have already been ordered, artwork has been created, or production has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.

Any approved cancellation may be subject to deductions for completed design work, materials already purchased, payment processing fees, or other non-refundable costs associated with the order.
